Launching Chaplain’s Corner and Beginning Introductions to the Plus 3 Golf Foundation Team
Some people enter your story at exactly the right moment — not to change your direction, but to make sure you don’t walk it alone. Andrew Farrer did that for me. His presence, trust, and steady leadership became part of the foundation of Plus 3 Golf long before there was language for it. Today, it’s an honor to formally introduce him as Chaplain of Plus 3 Golf and to launch Chaplain’s Corner, a new monthly reflection series grounded in presence, service, and community.

Why This Introduction Matters
Plus 3 Golf and QuietLine have never been about personalities or titles. They’ve always been about people, relationships, and showing up the right way.
Andrew has been part of that long before this role was formalized. He didn’t arrive with an agenda or expectations. He arrived with openness, respect, and a willingness to walk alongside the work as it took shape.
That’s why this introduction matters. It reflects the values we’re building around: trust, humility, and responsibility.
An Entry Point Into Community
When I first came to Nashville, I wasn’t arriving with a finished plan. I had ideas, questions, and the desire to build something meaningful — even if I didn’t yet know what it would become.
Andrew was one of the first people to welcome me into the community in a real way. One of his earliest invitations was to a VFW — not as a formality, but as an introduction to a space rooted in service, accountability, and shared responsibility.
From that moment forward, relationships formed naturally. Conversations turned into collaboration. Opportunities grew through trust, not pressure.
That entry point mattered. It still does.
Advocacy Before QuietLine Had a Name
Before QuietLine existed as a framework or program, Andrew was already modeling what it would stand for.
He didn’t try to steer outcomes.
He didn’t rush growth.
He stayed present as ideas developed and people found their footing.
That is advocacy at its core — not pushing someone forward, not pulling them back, but standing with them while they navigate what’s next.
QuietLine is being built to reflect that same posture.
The Role of Chaplain at Plus 3 Golf
Chaplaincy within Plus 3 Golf is not ceremonial. It’s relational.
As Chaplain, Andrew serves as a grounding presence for the organization — someone who understands service, perspective, and the responsibility that comes with growth.
Andrew is a United States Marine Corps veteran and Purple Heart recipient, with decades of involvement in veteran, civic, and community leadership. Those honors matter, but what defines his role here is consistency, humility, and care for the people doing the work.
Chaplaincy at Plus 3 Golf means:
presence without pressure
guidance without control
reflection without agenda
Andrew embodies that standard.
Introducing Chaplain’s Corner
This post also marks the launch of Chaplain’s Corner, a monthly reflection series within Plus 3 Golf.
Chaplain’s Corner exists to offer:
moments of pause amid momentum
encouragement without overwhelm
reminders that no one is carrying things alone
Aligned with QuietLine culture, it prioritizes presence first and humanity always. It’s a space for reflection, grounding, and connection — especially during seasons of pressure, transition, or quiet struggle.
The Beginning of the Plus 3 Golf Team Introductions
This introduction is the first in a series highlighting the people behind the launching of Plus 3 Golf Foundation and QuietLine.
Every team member introduced will reflect the same principles:
people before process
collaboration over hierarchy
service rooted in integrity
Plus 3 Golf has always been built through relationships, and that will remain true as we grow.
Andrew Farrer represents that foundation.
Looking Ahead
As QuietLine continues developing its advocate training, resource hub, and curriculum, the people carrying this work matter just as much as the structure itself.
Andrew’s role as Chaplain helps ensure that reflection, responsibility, and care keep pace with progress.
We’re grateful for his presence, his trust, and the steady foundation he continues to provide.
More team introductions — and future Chaplain’s Corner reflections — will follow.
