JUNIOR GOLF DEVELOPMENT
Junior Golf Development:
We will be launching a specialized tournament series dedicated for high school golfers interested in competing at the college and/or professional levels. Even if they have an interest in a career in the golf industry, all welcomed.
Expected launch date is currently mid-late 2026.
Players will compete without age brackets with advanced conditions. Creating competitive grounds for growth and development opportunities.
This initiative emphasizes the integration of both competitive play and mental health integration to create well-rounded, prepared athletes & adults.

LiteRain Peer Response Systems
Embeds early-support infrastructure into high-pressure environments where people often struggle quietly, face environmental stigma, and rarely know when to ask for help.

LiteRain provides care for the everyday struggle.
While supporting the broader public with membership options to care, LiteRain also offers a certification program for a trusted individual to endorse peer-peer support; an access point to affordable and practical care.
Communities learn to recognize struggle early, to respond with shared language, and to connect them to trusted guidance...before the storm.

The result is stronger people, healthier cultures, fewer escalations, and lasting impact. Earlier.

MENTAL HEALTH ADVOCACY
Our vision for advocacy is to build a culture where the toughest conversations about substance abuse, grief, suicide ideation, depression, anxiety, and performance pressures are no longer quiet.

By training everyday leaders as certified peer advocates and equipping them with real tools and access to resources, we empower and normalize what has too often been stigmatized.
​
Our goal is simple, to provide safety nets in the exact spaces where breakdowns happen most and to empower those communities to turn vulnerability into strength.

MEDIA & CONTENT CREATION
We use storytelling as a powerful form of advocacy. We create content that merges athletics, music, and lived experience to shine the light on the realities of mental health.

We are creating a platform for real change, real voices, and real solutions. We are producing raw, survivor led stories alongside inspiring moments of performance.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT & VETERAN SUPPORT
We built programs that unite athletes, musicians, veterans, youth, and community leaders.
By integrating LiteRain programs into these networks and organizations, we establish practical, stigma-free tools for people needing to confidently confront everyday challenges such as withdrawal, isolation, substance abuse, suicide ideation, PTSD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief.

We aim to reduce stigma, normalize help, and speed up the time to care through the creation of safe spaces where honest conversation can occur without fear or shame.

Every Plus 3 Golf event is built with a purpose: to improve lives and to strengthen communities through mental health support and resources.

INDUSTRY PARTNERSHIPS & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
We work with leaders in sports, music, and veteran industries to create pathways for behavioral, professional, wellness and life development.
Through LiteRain's Peer Advocate Certification, we then empower those individuals to deploy care packages to their networks and communities in order to normalize and deploy care within their everyday life.

SCOUTING & TALENT DEVELOPMENT
We are committed to discovering and developing the next generation of athletes, musicians, and community leaders.
Through scouting, mentorship, networking, and LiteRain training, we identify emerging athletes, musicians, and leaders to pair them with experienced mentors or organizations to equip them with tools needed to succeed both in their careers and in life.

Plus 3 Golf Media is a professional media branch that manages marketing, content creation, and branding for Plus 3 Golf. It also offers marketing services to the broader community.

Plus 3 Golf welcomes athletes, artists, veterans, students, survivors, and supporters of every background, belief, and identity. We meet people where they are—on the course, in the studio, or in recovery—and walk alongside them through the fight.
Our structure ensures that underrepresented youth, athletes, and voices are not just included—they’re centered.
We offer access to licensed counselors, mentorship programs, wellness scholarships, and community-building events that prioritize equity over ego. Here, your story matters.
