ABOUT US
A Story of Resilience, Golf, and Mental Health
OUR JOURNEY
Plus 3 Golf Foundation was built from lived experience, resilience, and a belief that meaningful impact begins in the environments people already trust.
What started through golf and community relationships has grown into a broader mission focused on helping people earlier, strengthening culture, and removing barriers to support. Golf became more than a game—it became a platform to unite veterans, athletes, families, business leaders, artists, and community partners around shared purpose.
As the organization evolved, we expanded beyond charitable events into wellness, leadership, scholarships, outreach, and early-support initiatives.
That growth led to the integration of LiteRain Peer Response Systems, a practical framework that helps trusted individuals recognize strain sooner and connect people to support before issues escalate.
Today, our mission reaches far beyond the golf course—serving veterans, youth, athletes, music communities, and individuals facing barriers to help.
We believe performance should never come at the cost of well-being.
We believe people deserve support before crisis.
We are the new standard for peer support.

OUR TEAM
Our leadership team brings personal passion and professional expertise to everything we do.
OUR CORE VALUES
01. RESILIENCE
EMBRACING CHALLENGES AND GROWING STRONGER
PRINCIPLE
Resilience is the ability to bounce back from adversity, to transform setbacks into stepping stones, and to thrive in the face of challenges. At Plus 3 Golf, resilience is at the heart of every program, reflecting the journey of overcoming personal battles and achieving growth through golf.
APPLICATION
Athletes:
Teaching players how to manage the pressures of competition, injury recovery, and personal struggles. Workshops on stress management, mindfulness, and goal setting are integrated into our programs.
Veterans:
Golf serves as a therapeutic outlet, helping veterans reconnect with themselves and their communities while fostering emotional recovery.
For the Organization:
Resilience drives our willingness to innovate, adapt, and lead the charge in integrating mental health advocacy into our everyday leadership.
HOW IT’S MODELED
Sharing real stories of personal resilience from leadership, scholarship recipients, and participants.
Encouraging a growth mindset, where failure is seen as an opportunity to learn and grow.

We are focused on disrupting those stigmas around mental health, redefining its role in athletic development and industry training.
