DEBBIE ROBINSON, LPC-MHSP
CHIEF CLINICAL OFFICER
PLUS 3 GOLF & QUIETLINE
Debbie Robinson, LPC-MHSP, is the Chief Clinical Officer for Plus 3 Golf and QuietLine. A licensed professional counselor with over two decades of experience, Debbie provides clinical leadership across all mental health operations, training systems, and direct support programs. Her role ensures that all wellness and certification efforts remain trauma-informed, ethically sound, and professionally guided.
A lifelong resident of Wilson County, Tennessee, Debbie earned her Master of Science in Clinical Counseling from Argosy University and holds a bachelor’s degree from Cumberland University. She currently serves as Clinical Director and Executive Board Member at The Christopher Counseling Group, where she oversees clinical programs and maintains a private caseload.
Her professional background includes extensive work in trauma therapy, crisis intervention, addiction treatment, and family systems. She is certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and specializes in helping clients process trauma, regulate emotional responses, and develop healthier patterns for healing. Her experience spans children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families—particularly those navigating complex emotional and behavioral challenges.
At Plus 3 Golf, Debbie oversees the design and implementation of the Mental Health Advocate Certification (MHAC)—a structured, three-tier training model that equips athletes, coaches, musicians, and veterans with foundational skills in mental health awareness, ethical advocacy, and emotional response. She is responsible for maintaining the program’s clinical boundaries, instructional consistency, and ethical delivery as it expands into schools, athletic programs, and entertainment networks.
In addition to her leadership role, Debbie also serves as QuietLine’s first trauma counselor, providing direct emotional support to Nashville-based artists, independent musicians, junior golfers, and developing athletes enrolled in Plus 3 Golf programs. Her involvement ensures that participants receive not only training, but also real-time access to therapeutic care when needed.
Debbie also volunteers as the Team Therapist for Mt. Juliet High School’s football program, where she supports student-athletes and coaches with on-site counseling and emotional development resources. Her work at the high school level reflects her commitment to embedding mental health care within athletic environments.
With her clinical expertise, community presence, and leadership within QuietLine, Debbie plays a critical role in bridging the gap between performance and wellness— and building a culture where support is structured, accessible, and sustainable.
