Anthony Moreno serves as Treasurer of Plus 3 Golf Foundation, where he supports financial stewardship, organizational accountability, outreach development, and strategic growth initiatives. Anthony brings a rare combination of frontline experience, professional systems knowledge, and mission-minded leadership. As a former first responder and correctional officer in a maximum-security environment, he developed the ability to remain calm under pressure, make sound decisions in high-stress situations, and operate with consistency in demanding environments.

He is also an ISO-certified auditor through Exemplar Global in the 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards, having studied under respected industry leadership in the field. This background provides expertise in systems management, accountability, process discipline, risk awareness, and organizational improvement—valuable strengths for a growing nonprofit organization.

As Treasurer, Anthony supports financial controls, documentation practices, budgeting awareness, donor accountability, and responsible stewardship of organizational resources. His leadership helps reinforce the trust and transparency expected by donors, partners, grantors, and the communities the foundation serves.
