Plus 3 Golf Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to serving and supporting athletes, artists, veterans, and community leaders through embedding peer support systems, early recognition training, and access to professional support.

Plus 3 Golf Foundation

Performance culture often rewards silence until collapse.

Plus 3 Golf Foundation builds support inside the environments where pressure already exists.  This ensures peer support is present, credible, and timely.

What we do:

  • Prevention before crisis: Embeds early recognition, peer advocacy, and responsible referral pathways into performance culture.

  • LiteRain System: Trains and empowers trusted individuals (coaches, athletes, artists, community figures) as non-clinical peer-advocates with trauma-informed oversight, an early recognition system of support, and access to our stigma-reducing resource hub.

  • Musicians & Athletes: Supports musicians and athletes navigating a season's pressure, life disruptions, injury, touring, and performance demands through support, peer advocacy, and access to care.

  • Events, Access, & Equity: Delivers tournaments, concerts, and activations that fund scholarships, remove financial barriers, and provide direct pathways to support through endorsed referrals and partnerships.

Timing, stigma, and delayed access are what break people; Plus 3 Golf exists to disrupt that cycle before it costs another life.
